Rampage Technology (S) Pte Ltd warrants that all our memory modules (also knows as DIMM/SO-DIMM modules) or parts under normal usage, is free from defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage to the memory module/s or parts resulting from abuse, misuse, natural & personal disaster, unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. This warranty will be void if the serial number or other identification marks have been defaced, damaged or removed.

Rampage Technology (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to either repair or replace the faulty memory module/s or parts that prove defective, either by materials or workmanship. This repaired or replaced memory module/s or parts will be equivalent to a new refurbished memory module/s or parts.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

A RMA number must be obtained from our RMA Department before retuning any memory modules or parts for warranty claims or servicing. For prompt processing of your RMA, memory modules or parts must be delivered or shipped to our RMA Department with the following documents:

1. A copy of the original invoice
2. Completed RMA Request Form
3. Original packaging; example including accessories & manuals
4. RMA number visible on the outside of packaging
